Booking Form - Please download, complete and email back to rob@baviaanslodge.co.za.

Contact Details

Please supply on booking, full names, day time as well as cellphone contact details and your postal and e mail addresses. These are required in the event of a need to contact you prior to arrival.

Guest Dietary Requirements

Our chef would like to know if there are any special dietary requirements such as vegetarian meals, glucose intolerances etc. Kindly inform us of these as soon as possible on booking.

Occupancy Times

These are from 2 pm on day of arrival to 11 am on day of departure.

Pets

Sorry no pets are allowed.

Indemnity

Baviaans Lodge, its owners, management and employees are not liable and do not accept responsibility in any form for any injury or loss sustained whatsoever by guests during their time spent at the Lodge or whilst partaking in any activities.
                 
As Baviaans Lodge is in a remote area, there is always an element of risk involved in activities undertaken and all guests should note that they undertake activities solely at their own risk.

Children

Kindly note that all children are booked into the Lodge on the basis that parents are responsible at all times for their behavior and supervision.

Booking Cancellation Fees

Please note, we reserve the right to and do claim the balance of the accommodation charge for non-arrival or late cancellations. Deposits are not normally refundable.
