Baviaans Kloof lies to the West and North of Port Elizabeth, and consists of 260 000 hectares of pristine, unspoilt mountain wilderness terrain, with rugged side kloofs cutting through the length of the Kloof as it stretches from Patensie to Willowmore.
It is narrower in width, from Steytlerville on its Eastern side to the Langkloof on the Western side.
The Baviaanskloof and Kouga mountains are the ancient natural guardians of this unique region.
A wide diversity of plants, animals, birds, trees and flowers enrich this area, making it a World Heritage Site on the doorstep of Port Elizabeth.
